So many of my cookie decorating friends are raving about these mini cookies. To me, it looked like a LOT of work and I stayed away from them like the plaque. It's takes a long time to decorate a regular-sized cookie, so why would I want to hassle with a bunch of minis?? Well, I've changed my mind and here's why----What I thought was going to be a lot of work, turned out not to be so true. Yes, I had to roll out the dough and cut a million (well, not quite that many) shapes. The beauty of these little darlings is you can easily dip them into the royal icing and BOOM they're frosted. I still had to had pipe the details, but it really wasn't as bad as I thought. Also, I used a swirl, dipping technique, that you see on the little eggs that was so much fun. I'll blog about that another time. Super easy and the designs and colors are endless. My cutters came from this package from Wilton. It was on sale at Joann's Fabrics. It'll be on super duper sale, after this weekend, I'm sure. Do yourself a favor and pick up one of these. So many great cutters in there. Well, that's all for today. I wish each and every one of you a HAPPY EASTER!!
