It's baseball season, well, at least it's Little League Baseball season. It's always fun to hand these out to all the little league players and watch their faces light up with yumminess and joy. Think ahead and order these for your team parties. You'll be the team mom (or dad) that everyone will love!!
Valentine's Day has come and gone. It's kind of funny, when you get the biggest reaction from the simplest of cookies. I wanted something quick and easy to take to my co-workers on Valentine's Day. All my Valentine cookies were decorated and out the door. I baked up these cute mini hearts, colored some icing pink and used a dipping technique. I'll blog another time on how to do that. Super simple and fast. After frosting, I tossed on some colorful sprinkles. To go with these, I made my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe and used my mini scoop. Everyone at work loved them and I'm now planning to do it again for St. Patrick's Day and Easter and, who knows, maybe every holiday from here on out. Happy Wednesday Everyone!!
Why do people go crazy over unicorns? I'm not just talking about kids either. There are so many adults that are obsessed with these mythical creatures. The unicorn craze has always been around, but it seems to be going full force lately. I had a request to do unicorn cookies, unicorn cake and cupcakes. Unicorns are colorful and magical and I think they just make people happy. Will they ever go out of style? I hope not. Here's to all the unicorn lovers. I salute you with cookies and cake.
